The Generations Project is an NYC based nonprofit organization that bridges the gap between generations of LGBTQ people and allies through live storytelling and other unique events. In its effort to document, preserve, and share LGBTQ history, The Generations Project brings people of all ages together to celebrate and acknowledge the many journeys that have led our communities to where they are today.

The Generations Project is hosting a series of events in Ptown this summer from July 29th – August 5th, including the filming of “The Ptown Show” on July 31st at Paramount which will document LGBTQ history of Ptown told through stories and residents. This event is hosted by Broadway actor and life coach, Kyle Post, as well as the NYC and growing Ptown Generations Project community.

We welcome people of all ages to join The Generations Project in our efforts to create “History Week” in Ptown by Summer 2018. Have a story you’d like to share about Ptown? Would you like to donate to this project? Go to or e-mail [email protected] to get more involved!
