Alzheimer’s Family Support Center

The Alzheimer’s Family Support Center provides an array of free services to families and individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related diseases. Services include counseling, care consultation, phone support, support groups, education, connection to other available community services, respite opportunities, and social and cultural events.

Lower Cape Ambulance

Serving the community since 1937. LCAA transports almost 1000 patients each year to Cape Cod Hospital, responds to hundreds more local area rescue calls, has a staff of 20 full time paramedics and emt’s and owns and operates two advanced life support ambulances. LCAA is contracted with both Provincetown and Truro to provide 24 hour a day year round EMS transport services. Their staff is well known to the community, many are members of the local rescue squads and fire departments.

AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod (ASGCC)

Since 1883 The AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod has been providing care and services to people living with HIV/AIDS and at risk for infection.

While we serve the entire Cape and Islands, in Provincetown our Client Services and Case Management Services are offered at 96-98 Bradford St. and can be reached at 508 487-9445.

We also offer food and nutrition services including our Daily Meals Program and our emergency food pantry.

Our comprehensive and confidential testing for HIV, Hepatitis C and other sexually transmitted diseases are provided at our Drop-in Center located at 148A Commercial St. Testing services can be reached by calling 508 487-8311.
