An idyllic historic guest house on the quiet East End of Provincetown’s Commercial Street, the Mayo’s Cape Codder has accommodations that include (2) apartments and individual rooms that share a hallway restroom.

Amenities offered are A/C in some rooms but not others, Wi-Fi, Free Parking, Private Beach, Water Views. We are only booking weekly from Saturday to Saturday. However, check with us for “last minute ” and we may be able to accommodate 3 night minimums. No Pets – Sorry.

The guest house has been reimagined to tell the story of the eclectic Mayo Family spanning 7 generations and one of the oldest families in Provincetown.

The Braemar Condominium is named for its lovely, hillside location reminiscent of the Scottish moors. We offer efficiencies, deluxe efficiencies and a 2 bedroom unit with complimentary wireless internet. Units are located on either the ground or 2nd floor.

The Braemar offers visitors to Cape Cod a comfortable alternative to the congestion in town offering ample parking and over-sized quarters. The Braemar is located on Route 6A in North Truro along the seasonal Flex Shuttle bus offering transportation to Provincetown.

Just a half mile down the road is beautiful Beach Point on the bay for swimming, sunning, windsurfing, and sailing. The Head of Meadow ocean beach is less than 5 minutes away. Thirty miles of unspoiled ocean beaches within the National Seashore surround the area.

Two houses, Keeper’s house and Whistle house, located within the Cape Cod National Seashore. The Race Point properties are maintained by the Cape Cod Chapter of the American Lighthouse Foundation. The Cape Cod Chapter of the American Lighthouse Foundation is a non-profit organization made up of volunteer members whose mission is the restoration and preservation of Race Point Lighthouse, the Keeper’s House, the Whistle House, the Oil House, and Wood End and Long Point Lighthouses.
