An idyllic historic guest house on the quiet East End of Provincetown’s Commercial Street, the Mayo’s Cape Codder has accommodations that include (2) apartments and individual rooms that share a hallway restroom.

Amenities offered are A/C in some rooms but not others, Wi-Fi, Free Parking, Private Beach, Water Views. We are only booking weekly from Saturday to Saturday. However, check with us for “last minute ” and we may be able to accommodate 3 night minimums. No Pets – Sorry.

The guest house has been reimagined to tell the story of the eclectic Mayo Family spanning 7 generations and one of the oldest families in Provincetown.

Condos offer both new and old Cape Cod. Nicely appointed with everything you’ll need – towels, linens, kitchen and cooking supplies, beach chairs and towels. Dog and kid friendly. Immaculate well cared for Old Cape Cod home, but with modern conveniences. Wifi, flat screen TVs. Outdoor seating for people and parade watching or relaxing in the sun.
