HPC wants to provide you with tools to keep your housing and attain financial independence. An HPC Case Manager will work with you, assess your situation, and connect you to resources that address the challenges you are facing.
HPC is here to support local residents—from Harwich to Provincetown and in special programs in Yarmouth and Dennis — to foster a community where everyone can prosper.
Hours are: Monday – Thursday: 9am – 4pm, Friday: 9am – 12pm
