At 8 Dyer Hotel, our modern 7-room guest house is tucked away on a quiet side street of one of the world’s most scenic and lively destinations – Provincetown.

A chef-owned petite hotel, we offer a complementary gourmet breakfast daily either on-site or at our casual brunch restaurant around the corner. Reserved exclusively for adults age 18 and up, 8 Dyer Hotel welcomes couples, singles, honeymooners and friends’ getaways. We are a completely non-smoking and pet-free property.

We do offer complimentary on-site parking and transfers between the inn and the Provincetown Airport or the MacMillan Pier.
