We offer guests a wide selection of studios and one bedroom suites, each with a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom.
Select a room type with a balcony and relax with a glass of your favorite wine while enjoying the sunset over Provincetown and Cape Cod Bay.

Please note that our rooms overlooking the ocean and outdoor pool do not have air conditioning although fans are provided.

All other rooms have individually controlled air conditioning. Our accommodations are on three levels and we do not have elevators.

During the summer season we offer a small number of air conditioned motel rooms in the Annex building. These are our only rooms without a kitchen.
