As a Room Attendant, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and refreshing guest rooms and public spaces to the highest standards. If you take pride in a sparkling clean space, enjoy staying organized, and love making guests feel at home, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and refreshing bathrooms
Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and patios
Restock supplies and report any maintenance needs
Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, helpful manner
Work as part of a small, supportive team
Ideal Candidate:
Has a passion for cleanliness and a keen eye for detail
Enjoys working independently and as part of a team
Comfortable engaging with guests and providing a warm, welcoming presence
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
Previous experience required. Housing may be available for the right candidate.

This seasonal role is perfect for someone who knows and loves Provincetown, enjoys connecting with people, and is happy to pitch in wherever needed—including lending a hand to our Housekeeping team during busy times.
What You’ll Do:
Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist with check-in and check-out
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with reservations
Provide helpful local recommendations and concierge-style support
Assist housekeeping with room turnover or public space cleaning as needed
Ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience from start to finish
