Description Located directly on Cape Cod Bay in the quiet East End. We have been family-owned and operated since 1983.
Viewed from Commercial Street, the inn has retained its traditional New England heritage. Seen from the beach, the Watermark Inn reflects its open, contemporary, relaxed ambiance.
Each suite has a bedroom, living/dining room, full bathroom with tub/shower, full or half kitchen, private telephone and TV. Waterfront suites have a panoramic view of the bay from both the living room and the private sun deck. Bedrooms are all air-condtioned. Other amenities include parking and WIFI.
From October through the end of May (“off-season”) we offer a 10% mid-week discount for two or more days, and 15% for weekly.
We have minimum length stays in the full season (and parts of the off season).
Last Minute Availability Suites 4 and 10 are discounted on Sunday - Thursday, and by the week because of construction next door between 8am and 4pm.
Weekly rates are 15% lower.

This week we have a few suites available some days. All of them are one bedroom with well equipped galley kitchens, and full bathrooms, and come with parking. The off-water suites have use of a spacious deck with tables, chairs, and lounge chairs - perfect for relaxing, heading into the water or beach, and enjoying the unobstructed view of the bay. The first floor waterfront suite opens out into a spacious deck right on the waterfront. You may see them on our website, links to all.
