You must make an appointment to file your marriage intention with the Town Clerk 508-487-7013, e-mail aruiz@provincetown-ma.gov

Town Hall does not have a Justice of the Peace on site. You will need to schedule your ceremony with someone who can legally perform marriages in Massachusetts.
