Passed appetizers:

Crispy Coconut shrimp with a sweet and spicy sauce

Arancini stuffed with Gouda cheese with our homemade marinara sauce

Appetizers (choice of one):

Lobster Bisque – Lobster broth, sherry, handpicked lobster meat

Roasted Butternut Squash & Pumpkin Soup – With a caramel drizzle and toasted pumpkin seed

House Salad – Mesclun greens, dried cranberries, tomatoes and balsamic dressing

Entrées (choice of one):

Slow Roasted Bone in Angus Short Rib – Drizzled with a cabernet demiglaze; served with garlic mashed potatoes

Grilled Salmon – With a cranberry walnut chutney; served over couscous mushrooms and sautéed spinach

Statler Chicken – Pan roasted stuffed with spinach, pine nut and prosciutto with a brandy cream pan gravy; served with garlic mashed potatoes

Gluten Free Ravioli – Stuffed with a ricotta Romano stuffing in a sage brown butter sauce

Shrimp Cotali – Penne pasta with large gulf shrimp tossed with a Romano cream, raisins, pine nuts, broccoli

Vegan Ravioli – Stuffed with broccoli, carrots, peas, corn, cauliflower served in a fresh tomato and basil sauce

Wild Boar Ragu – Fork tender wild pork, natural jus, tomato, pecorino Romano and pasta
